LLANDUDNO ROAD
Llandudno Road is a comfortable, luxury four bedroomed home. It benefits from stunning sea and mountain views with a pretty garden and heated swimming pool. There are terraces and balconies around the house for dining, lounging or shade depending on the time of day.
The house is furnished tastefully in shades of blue, white and wood to echo it’s seaside surroundings lending it a Cape Cod feel.
The House and Garden:
- Llandudno is a relaxed and safe suburb. The house has an alarm system and a safe for valuables. A daily maid service is included in the rental and babysitting is available by arrangement.
- The house has an 8m x 3m heated swimming pool which is enclosed for the safety of children. Next to the pool are both open and covered terraces on which to relax in either sun or shade.
- Close to the kitchen there is a built in braai/BBQ area with a table and chairs under a vine clad pergola. This terrace is particularly charming for lunchtime or evening dining
- Accessed from the lounge the second dining terrace has magnificent sea and mountain views and a fragrant knot garden with a shady pergola. This terrace is wonderful throughout the day but is particularly enjoyable for breakfast in front of the ocean or to watch the magnificent Llandudno sunsets.
The Kitchen/Diner:
- The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave oven and a dishwasher, as well as a radio and ipod speaker. It has a dining area with table and chairs next to patio doors which open onto a terrace. For small children a booster seat and highchair are available. The kitchen leads onto a peaceful terrace with table and chairs under a vine clad pergola. A built in braai (BBQ) is located here.
The Dining Room:
- With a nautical atmosphere and garden views the formal dining room seats up to eight. Guests are welcome to borrow books from the bookshelves in this room.
The Cellar:
- The cellar has a wonderful long table and benches made of railway sleepers for an evening filled with character.
The Living Room:
- The living room is a large room split into two areas. The first, a cosy area around the fireplace and television. The second, colonial style cane and wood seating with sea views perfect for relaxing with a good book or a sundowner. The house has television, DVD, video and DSTV (satellite). The lounge leads onto a terrace with sea and mountain views.
Bedrooms:
The house has four bedrooms with a smaller room which can take a single Z bed by arrangement. All bedrooms are equipped with fans and hairdryers.
- Master Bedroom: The master bedroom is light and spacious with views out to sea from it’s balcony or bed! It has a king size bed and ample storage space. Ensuite is a bathroom with vaulted ceiling. The bathroom has bath, shower, twin basins and W.C.
- Double Bedroom: The principal guest bedroom is a lovely room with garden view. It has a double bed, limewashed wooden furniture and an ensuite shower room with basin and W.C.
- Twin Bedroom 1: This beautiful room has twin beds. Storage space is in an adjacent dressing room. The bedroom leads onto a small sun room with cane chairs and sea views. This room can accommodate a single Z bed if required by arrangement. The bathroom for this bedroom is the family bathroom across the passage with bath, shower, basin and W.C.
- Twin Bedroom 2: Better suited to children at the back of the house this room has twin beds with side guards and a lovely sea view. This room has our toy cupboard and a changing table for babies. A travel cot is available by arrangement. The bathroom for this bedroom is the family bathroom across the passage with bath, shower, basin and W.C.
