Who is Classic Villas?
Classic Villas is a division of Classic Travel which focuses on the marketing of vacation rental homes to agents, tour operators and production companies.
Unlike many other property management companies, our focus is purely on marketing and rentals for self catering villas and apartments, and we do not offer any property management solutions. We aim our service directly at property owners who still want to stay heavily involved in the management & running of their property.
How does Classic Villas Work?
We use a software program which has been developed exclusively for the vacation rental industry. Although Classic Villas will exclusively manage the availability calendar, the system still allows the owner to privately market the property as well as take independent bookings from other channels. This ultimately enables them to provisionally book online, without having to call or email the property manager as traditionally done in the past. Classic Villas gives additional exposure to your property and opens it up to many channels through which bookings can be made. We offer the flexibility of giving your property the additional exposure normally only given to properties who have signed exclusivity with a property management company, but without the additional expense and complicated contracts affiliated with this option.
