Terms and Conditions

Arrival and Departures: 

Standard Check-in time is between 14h00 and 18h00 on the day of arrival. For arrivals after 18h00 a late check in fee may be applicable. 

Check-out time is 10h00 on the day of departure. A late check out fee may also be applicable for check out's after 18h00.

We will try to accommodate all other arrival and departure times to the best of our ability. This is dependent on other bookings. To guarantee arrivals before 14h00 or departures after 10h00 and additional fee of a half days rental may be charged.

Cancellations:

These cancellation terms are rule of thumb and may not be applicable to all reservations, depending on property booked and time of year. Please contact the office should you have any queries. 

• Any booking cancelled more than three months prior to arrival date pays a 10% fee.
• Bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days of arrival date pay a 25% cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee.

We advise all clients to take out cancellation insurance
